Hi Lovelies,
It's summertime! Kind of. Thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, this summer is looking a bit different than what we're use to. In many places, our favorite summer locations and hangouts are either closed or are on limited access. But, this doesn't mean that we can't be our gorgeous, stylish selves while we're practicing social distancing this summer. To get your fashion juices flowing, here's a round up of my 5 Favorite Jewelry Trends for Summer 2020!
1.Silver
I love the emphasis on silver jewelry right now. It looks so good on pretty much everyone, has a greater range of design and style opportunities than gold, and a quality that cheaper costume jewelry can't achieve, silver is totally worth it! Plus, it also combines with many of the other trends of the season. Silver also has a timelessness that goes beyond being a flash-in-the-pan trend to becoming the style backbone of your jewelry wardrobe.
2.Pearls
Current trends prove that this isn't your Grandma's pearl jewelry. With unique and bold settings, along with modern designs, means that this new pearl trend will carry you through the summer and into the rest of the year.
3.Nature Inspired
Nature's influence in this year's jewelry is seen with many designers being inspired by animals and flowers. Since I've always been influenced by the beauty of nature that surrounds my home, it's lovely to see this trend continue to emerge.
4.Colorful Stones
The biggest colors in jewelry right now include blue and green stones. Lucky for me-these are some of my favorite stone colors to use in designs! The best stones to look for in these colors are Emerald, Peridot and Tourmaline for greens and Turquoise, Aquamarine and Sapphire for blues.
5.Statement Necklaces and Earrings
Making a bold statement over sweet and dainty is also big right now for jewelry. I like to strike a balance between the two styles-where you can have the wearability of dainty with the eye-catching boldness of a statement piece.
Which of these jewelry trends for Summer 2020 are you most excited to wear? Let me know in the comments!
xoxo,
